Advocate Acharya Pandit Shyamji Upadhyay from Varanasi is fighting all his cases using Sanskrit language since the last 38 years. He is tensed about vanishing of India’s most ancient language, that is, Sanskrit. He is giving free of cost Sanskrit education to children in order to preserve and promote the language. In 1978, he started studying Sanskrit and till date he has written 60 novels in that language. In 2003, he was honored by Ministry of Human Resource Development with the national award called “Sanskritmitram” for his exceptional contribution to promote Sanskrit.
In the court of Varanasi, Advocate Acharya Pandit Shyamji Upadhyay brought life to the language and he is doing the same for years. Also known as the Language of Gods, Sanskrit might not be used by most of the people, but Advocate Shyamji Upadhyay’s dedication to it is commendable. He challenges that he is the one and only advocate to use Sanskrit as a language to carry on all his proceedings and demands that his name be included in the Guinness Book of World Records for the same.
